Speakers with bigger magnet and coil , make less of bass, with oem mainunit of Radio/cd , the best way to do its a Amplifer to the oem speakers , less of work, less of money than the speakers cost and a bassbox back in the car

Nice, this is the clearest video of speaker replacement in P1's I've seen, I have a question with what you soldered and what you connected to the crossover, did you dismissed the soldered part and connected everything to the crossover?

What they soldered goes to the Amplifier terminal on the crossover and then the speaker goes to the crossover and the tweeter, what he soldered is this input for the crossover. ;)

Great job guys! Which sound system was earlier? Because it looks like the basic series. What components have you used afterwards? Any amplifier has been added?

Tbh I got no clue which system it came with. It doesn't say high performance or anything when I start it up which I've heard it should if I have that. We installed GAS GS6K and GAS GS62SL for the rear. We haven't done anything else, no amp and subwoofer yet but hopefully sometime next year.

Koblet dere kablene fra den originale høyttaleren inn på amp i delingsfilteret? Siden bilen allerede har diskant, kommer vel kabelen allerede fra delingsfilter, no? Clean install uansett, tenker å gjøre noe liknende på min S40 II.

detta var vad jag fick till svar när jag frågade om min kompis mindes hur vi gjorde. vet inte vad crossovern är hmmm glömt hur vi kopplade delningsfiltret

@@undergroundcars1163 could have mentioned what size screws you put in the doors, i noticed the old ones you had to drill a hole to remove. Also, you make it look easy prying the panels open, that is hard to do to avoid braking something
