Your fishing videos are great, thanks for making them. To stop that screw and washer from rusting (and coming loose) just coat them with a small amount of Selley's Marine clear silicone sealant, the stuff you put on the glass when you make fish tanks. It's hundred percent salt waterproof (no rust) and will stop screws vibrating free. Done.
