I would love to write journal but unfortunately I've early onset of Parkinson's and right hand not good but I watch you and have taken inspiration from you and updated my wardrobe with piece that are similar to that you've talked about I have limited shops but I've managed on a budget to create my wardrobe that works I'm looking forward to the spring and wearing new clothes I have donated to charity clothes that no longer served my wardrobe ie too big not fitted properly Huge thank for your inspiration xx

Get vit D and K, magnesium and zinc anong other supplements to stopp Parkinson. Eat coconut oil. See videos about it. So inner and outer wardrobe will work.

Bonjour Penny, there are many ways to keep a style journal - you could even do a little vlog that way you could record yourself and your thoughts for a permanent record 😃

I am already in the habit of taking a full-length photo of myself when trying on clothes, especially for travel or an occasion. I always wear makeup, jewelry and shoes when trying on outfits. I want to incorporate this into a daily style practice/journal.but since I don't want to print out the pictures, think I will combine a written journal and reference my photos by date. It is far easier for me to be objective when looking at a photo. I also think it is helpful to lay out complete outfits the night before. This is something I have done since childhood. When I was working, I noticed how women often talk negatively about their appearance. I suggested that everyone say one positive about themselves, their bodies, faces, etc... I think this might be a nice addition to the journal.

Hi, Sharon, from Canada. My mother had the matching set of the gold leafy pearl bracelet, with the necklace and earrings from the 60s/70s. She received it as a present for something like an anniversary one year and never ever wore it (didn't go with anything). As a little girl I admired it but thought the edges of the leaves felt pointy and would hurt your skin especially around the neck. Alas, she gave it away but it was interesting to hear of the background of the set today.

I should think that your journal would be a good place to list "outfits". That way one would not gravitate toward the same "safe" outfit (usually basic black😉).

I have discovered one of your video you were talking about keep it simple, walking out the door looking like Christmas tree having so many thing on. I laughed for so long. After that I just love you and I decided to subscribe to your channel. I was living in Taiwan at the time, I bought some new clothes while I was there. I didn’t know your channel yet when I purchase the clothes it so happened that they are Chanel style I was told I like classic. I like to dress up even just to go to coffee shop. Tasteful diets without hunger. Sublement vit D and K, magnesiums and zink are basics. A lot of videos are out there and read the comments. I'm feeling better and than 20 with 60 now!
