UPNG Shooting Raised In Parliament Today 

The shooting at UPNG this morning was raised in parliament today by Dr Allan Marat.
He asked the prime minister who authorized the shooting.
This question was raised soon after parliament opened this morning.
Dr Marat also asked why the Prime Minister is not stepping aside to allow investigations into allegations against him.
