I thought the OTIS was an additional installation, but idk.

It is most likely a replacement from a 1980s Fujitec, which the Fujitec was an additional installation. It is similar to Blk 166/ 167 Toa Payoh which can be seen here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-h6b0bbEltr0.html

This ULift reused the old motor room at top of staircase, hope someone manages to get inside one day and film the shitty China motor and controller
