I looked at it and saw 9 minutes and was like “ugh I don’t wanna stretch for so long” then I began doing the stretches and this guy’s positive vibe made me kill that impatience I had and made me enjoy the stretches, def will be coming back to this from now on as a pre workout exercise
I don't exactly know what to say but here it goes I'm 15 years old a sophomore in highschool and not exactly tough or strong and I'm not exactly fit either I have some social anxiety and I'm autistic and I don't really know what kind of career I want but if I had to choose I would want to box or do MMA and its a tough road but i want to make my parents proud in a way i find fun if i get there im gonna have a helluva blast

Be very careful with the wrist stretches. If you aren't that flexible yet dont pull from the fingers and instead use the palm otherwise you can pull yourself badly. I learnt this from guitar.

So an issue I've been having is with my elbow, from shadowboxing routines. I love it but now whenever I throw a right hook and sometimes even jabs my arm gets numb below the elbow. I'm hoping to find stretches or something to help whatever I tweaked!
