Love the cardio/strength routines! This one is great as you can sub whatever you want or need during the jumping jack intervals to match your energy level/impact allowance.

I'm new to FitnessBlender and love what I've seen so far! If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have a timer running that shows a countdown of the entire workout. The bar on the side is great, but maybe a time as well?

If I don't have any dumbbells at hand I usually use backpacks instead. I just fill these with as much weight as is needed for the exercise (bottles filled with water). Great workout!

I appreciated this workout today particularly as I am "out of commission" with a low back injury and I am scouring all the upper body workouts to make up ones that I can do sitting and laying down for the most support I can get. (this not working out is really killing my psyche! Cardio isn't even near what I'd like...but I have to rest and heal first and foremost....)

I like this!! I could not put a weight on my lap for the dips, and it rolled off. HA! I am thankful my cat was not close by like he normally is. I think the intensity level should be a 4 though, but maybe you have a reason why it is 3. I used my max weight, I hope that is what I am supposed to do here. As you know, I'm a 35 yr old female but I'm not afraid of lifting. This is a nice workout, and the time and cardio make it better!! THANKS AGAIN!!

Screwed up my legs a bit running too hard, so I was looking for some kind of cardio routine that I could do while my legs recover. The jumping jacks are pretty much off limit since I live in a second-floor apartment. I can have a pretty soft landing, but I don't think it would be quite soft enough.

I tend to do your guys' bodyweight workouts as I don't have a big range of weights but I do have a set of resistance bands, do you think I'd be able to somehow use them instead of weights?

Im 15 years old and was just wondering if 5kg are enough weight and if its ok if i use it for every exercise in the video! And btw I really enjoy this workout!

mrlivtom Pick whatever weight challenges you so that the last few repetitions are hard to complete. 5kg won't feel as heavy for a chest press than it does for ventral raise, so just change your weight accordingly! (:

You can use soup cans or anything that has a bit of weight to it. You can even use your own strength if you contract your muscles :)

What a great workout! Sometimes the ones you don't expect a great deal from turn out to be the best. :) I'm on #FB30 and have been hitting that upper body quite intensively this week and man oh man, were my triceps giving up by the time I got to pullovers. Not a chance I could lift anything up above my head in the end but I take that as a job well done. ^_^
