@@G500-m2b No I didn’t exactly do the workouts in this video but there are some similarities between mine and this video. I would basically do a circuit of my workout for 12 mins and as it got easier I would repeat the workout increasing the intensity of it too. I would do this at least 4 or 5 times per week.

Dude Tysm I did all of these 10 times in a row and did 60 of each and I was fat as crap and I did these and didn’t loose weight Bc of this but Bc I ate healthy but I did these and actually got stronger and grew out my muscles thx
