You are absolutely correct! But this video has the theme "Upper Class Dwellings", so the smaller houses are not shown here, because they don't match that theme. There's another video in the pipeline about "Brasschaat Park & Castle". That also doesn't mean that Brasschaat is nothing but park and everyone lives in a castle.
