Upper Delaware Scenic Byway | Route 97 

This scenic byway has been an area of interest for a while. If you are coming from NY it starts right below Hancock, NY and if you are coming from PA it starts at the end of Route 84 - Port Jervis, NY. Below is the link of the map:
