Wow that's a tiny kitchen! A 4 burner stove that tiny? ! For that neighborhood, I suppose it's reasonable. Renovated nicely. Tiny homes and some RV's are bigger than this apt. I'd have to be paid to live there. I'm so grateful for my country living lifestyle! I enjoy watching these videos as a constant reminder of how blessed I am. 😂😂😂 From frightening experience, I would never have a bathroom sink abutting the shower door. No matter if it is stationary or slid. Especially if the knobs & spray are on the same side.
The price although a tad below the ridiculous rental market in NYC will never be cheap enough in that space to compensate for the noise from the street!
Good specs. 2 floors, good location, laundry and dishwasher? I can live without a formal bedroom for that. NYC living is a lifestyle. With a little help from Ikea built-ins and the landlord, you'd have a cool space
