I agree. I kinda feel like he's going to beat Mox at DON to set up the title match at Forbidden Door w Takeshita potentially winning that. It's not the championship I wanna see him with, I'd prefer an AEW Championship run but I definitely won't complain.

Takeshita as TNT champ would be cool.

His down was plain stupid. You can't expect a whole roster to be protected. You need mid-carders to balance your roster. Someone who is supposedly watching wrestling should know, but he is forcing some downs because of peer pressure and WWE trolls who have the upper hand in numbers. So basically he has no opinion of his own. His excuse for a draw was silly, this was a refreshing and new way but these experts are used to Vince booking and they don't like new ideas.

And Keith is still pretty new to the main roster, so the fact that he was in a championship eliminator match is pretty impressive. Couple that with a loss that makes him look pretty strong, and I would say he's going in the right direction. Have some patience Simon!

Complete trash take from Simon. How is he buried first off, second off he's brand new, and third I guess Ilya is buried too by that account.

@covtree123 and? Lots of things that are great aren't meant to last. TNA and Lucha Underground also had amazing runs during their respective times. Just because something doesn't last or whatever doesn't change the fact that it was once awesome imo!

Fortunately you were at home, next episode watch Cody Boring crying about his dad for 30 minutes and be cool. In EAW they don't do written promo's. Some work and some are not as great, but at least not the boring stuff you get from the other side.

Facts, as long the match has a purpose I’m ok with being able to know who’s going to win.

Also hate that Simon ignores that in WWE it's the same. In wrestling 9/10 you know who's going to win.

@@afp445 stop trying to change the reality. He's doing the same thing with WWE, you need to watch his videos you mark! And nobody is praising something that WWE's doing, they are constantly praising AEW for stupid reasons and they are slowly fading away because AEW is shit and they can not deny it anymore. AEW is nothing more than a bootleg WCW with unlimited money glitch because of the walking infant Tony Khan.

These experts are like cultists afraid to anger the outspoken guys in the community, so they just go along with the crowd and whine about AEW non-stop. The downs were really stupid, WWE did a massive switch after the Cody backlash and then it was great. Now the crowd reactions are in favor of Tony Storm and it's suddenly a down. Timeless Tony is a hit with the fans and Mariah May has an instant click, instead of acknowledging their great work together they get reactions from the so called expert like this one. Simon recently said he finally sat trough an episode of Dynamite. I wonder how he is sitting trough 3 hours of reruns and fillers on Raw every week. He is looking more like a clown now.
