Sir can you please briefly explain how did you used prahar books and how did you incorporated into your notes, how did you concised the notes made using prahar Please elaborate sir Mention it in your next video
Two things sir... 1) yes please make a video on how to deal with individual gs paper, being a working professional myself, have a hard time studying and can't afford to do it wrong when I do get time to study... 2) yes please make a video on AI usage, we'll have less worries about gathering information Also, finally, this is a personal request from my side, since you said you have sociology optional, I also have it, could you please share a strategy to cover it in less time, atleast ek proper basic reading ho jaye before December... Thankyou , God bless you and may your hardwork be rewarded, sooner than later... 🙂
Hi Suraj! 1. Yes, I will come-up with subject wise GS coverage videos 2. Mostly by Sunday, I will try to record a video on AI usage. It is extremely helpful, benefiting me immensely. 3. Bhai, regarding sociology, as you know, I recently switched to it from an engineering optional, so I'm also new to this subject. All I can do is I can share the details of the sources and schedule I'm following, if that works.
Bhaiya queation no. 1 aapne prahar booka kb se pdhna shuru kiya, i mean aap pehle bhi 2 attempt de chuke hai and prahar book is new in this game Question no. 2 sach sach btana bhaiya mere pass time nhi hai notes wotes bnane ka maine apne 2 mahine lga diye hai sirf polity pdhne me wo bbhi aadhi bhi nhi hui to mai sirf aapki btayi hui prahar k notes pr rely krne ki soch rha tha apne first attempt 2025 me please answer bhaiya and sorry if u heart for first question
Certainly you can, just pick any good source, stick with it. Contents are more or less same in majority of the books, what makes the difference is how well we revise and understand it.
To the best of my understanding, all these debates began after the ex-director of LBSNAA casually suggested some changes in response to the case involving a trainee IAS officer’s misconduct. Therefore, this news holds little to no significance in the near future.
Yarr that’s a very subjective decision, I may not be the right person to comment on it. Moreover, Dr. Shivin is a great teacher! So, if courses are affordable and prima facie meeting your requirements, you can take a call accordingly.
Thank you so much sir..! Sir, how to cover current affairs as well Newspaper reading ? How much time to devote hourly and sources ? Can you please suggest ?
For current affairs, daily newspaper along with PT/Mains 365 would suffice. You can go for monthly editions of magazines as well, though I don’t prefer.
Bhaiya ji..i have given 5 attempts and couldn't clear prelims..now left wuth last attempt and i am only preparing for prelims wholly..mains ka notes or answer writing pehle completed ho chuki hai..am i on right track
Bhai I understand that prelims is very uncertain but don’t solely focus on prelims at-least till next 3-4 months, try dividing your time in 60:40 ratio. And after all the content remains the same for both the exam. So preparing for mains will anyway add on to your prelims preparation. (My personal opinion, rest you understand your situation better)
As far as it is serving the purpose, everything is justified (Ends over means..hahah!). There is no thumb rule ki khud ka hi notes banana hai, ya notes banana hi hai. If you are able to understand other’s notes and able to revise the same in limited span of time, you are good to go!
Sir i have completed geography ancient and nedieval history should i start subject orientated answer writing now or should start after completing all core subjects???
sir, i already read some ncerts, have just some knowledge of history, geo , polity but now starting with standard books first time (gave prelims24 gs34,csat90.for self judge),am i begginer according to this plan ?
Not exactly beginner, but no harm in starting afresh, your basic knowledge of NCERTs would only be an add on into your preparation. Also, do not waste attempts in self judging (test series can serve this purpose).
Sir ji mene jese me geography pre Tak ki padh chuka hu or mains ka kuch b nhi ready nhi hai only pre geography complete to prahar book enough hai for mains??? Mtlb mains ke qus ho jayenge kya prahar se agr me wo krta hu to pls reply
Yarr syllabus to cover ho jaega, because ye books syllabus ko to the point rakh ke hi publish ki gayi hain. But to write good answers, peripheral knowledge is also required, so keep yourself updated with Current affairs and do not forget to do value addition over and above what is given in these books. For the time being, just start. Everything else will automatically fall at its place eventually. Once you start solving PYQs, you will know what extra needs to be covered. All the best!
Try searching “Art and Culture pdf by Only IAS”, if you still do not find it, just drop me an email. Not sharing due to possible copyrights infringement issues.
@@That_Working_UPSC_Aspirant I tried alot but unable to find the booklet of this particular subject only... will u please share ur email id with me... Thank u
If you guys are facing problem in any particular subject/topic (MAINS Specific - GS1, GS2, etc), do let me know in this thread, I will try to come up with a detailed video on that particular subject.
Let the law take its own course, video banane se kya hoga :) We often tend to overlook the larger picture by focusing on individuals; the whole system is at fault here.
Try reading Laxmikant for understanding the topics/concepts/facts (more than sufficient for Prelims) and then use prahar for application of the knowledge you gathered from Laxmikant (Required for Mains). Hope it helps :)
