I do agree govt is to somewhat responsible, however tax paying population is 2 percent, then how come you can expect a service like UK here 53.7 percent people pay tax. Secoundly there is a designated place to throw garbage why people throw garbage in open drains that leads to clogging and water can't go anywhere. We are asking for services like west but do we behave like those people, atleast they are conscious about cleanliness and here we throw garbage infront of other house at midnight. Its easy to blame others, why dont we change ourselves, if wr change, govt will work too as they wont have any other option left.
