दिलीप प्रताप सिंह शिखावत इस साल UPSC exam में 72nd rank प्राप्त कर IAS बने हैं. एक छोटे से शहर से निकल कर IAS बनने के सपने के पूरा करना दिलीप के लिए चुनौती भरा था, लेकिन उन्होनें हार नहीं मानी.
दिलीप ने Orissa के एक college से engineering करने के बाद जॉब करना शुरु किया. पर थोड़े समय बाद ही अपनी जॉब से नाखुश होकर उन्होनें Civil services की तैयारी करने का निर्णय लिया. Civil services की तैयारी करते वक्त उन्हें कई challenges और failures का सामना करना पड़ा, पर हर challenge को पार करते हुए उन्होनें IAS का exam crack किया.

Coming from a humble background Dilip has achieved his dream of becoming an IAS officer by cracking India’s one of the toughest exams. Dilip started his academic journey by pursuing engineering from a college in Orissa. After his graduation, he took up a job in order to support his family. However, he was unhappy with his job and decided to prepare for UPSC exam. This decision was tough for him but he was resolved to achieve his dream. After failing in many attempts, he didn’t lose his hope and cleared the exam with 72th rank.
