He mandbhuddhi prani if he is saying only to weigh 78 gm in Q 69 it means to have weight of 78 gm or 78 gm heavy ,if he had given to weigh 78 gm something (say sugar) then he was asking to weigh means to measure wt ek bar hindi translation bhi pdh le question ki wajan karne ki bol rha Hai tolne ki nhi

Statement 2: To weigh 78 gm weigh using these coins one can use less than 7 coins. This means we will put object to weigh on one side of Pan with 2gm coin and other side 80gm (50gm+25gm+5gm), So we are using 4 coin to weigh 78 gm. To weigh something using coin we have to use Pan weighing .
