@DKT guyz i need ur help. im too preparing for CSE but i dont know why whenever i am studing hundreds of non-essential thoughts come to my mind to the extent i just forget everything which i have studied last moment. Its has also dampened my focus immensely. By the time i reach the end of a sentence i have already forgotten what was written in the beginning of the sentence. Plzz Help @DKT. Bring bring some counsellors who can help candidates who are suffering from such situation

Bro i had been facing same in initial days what i did to overcome are followings :- 1) be a day man ,try to avoid late night studies 2) do meditation for 15 min twice a day 3) reduce your time on phone and laptop on unnecesaary stuff 4) sleep atleast 7 hours 5) talk to family members and friends during stress
