Wish the do some more new ones 20-30 minutes long. Perfect for clearing my mind & putting me to sleep at night before bedtime. Don't know why it works but it does.

What are the steam coming out of the machines for? It’s water being sprayed him to cut down on the heat and it just flashes to steam? Wow this is quite an operation I would like to get out there someday and just look around
