Sir, there are some points here that needs to be added about aluminium. One is regarding finish, windows can be painted or anodized also other than powder coating. Two, these windows can be used in coastal enviornment, the type of finish just need additional treatment. Three, the insulation part, the manfacturers have come up with thermally broken windows to reduce any sort of heat and sound conduction. However, they should be considered as a long term investment rather than high cost. Lastly , 40% of all aluminium profile in the market is recylced from scrap. Hence, even after the design life of 50 years, your window still has a scrap value

From brand Hindalco- I got a quote from a local fabricator for 52 series,50 series, 27 series( aljeria), 40 series but Hindalco website showing another product which is Eternia series . Can you tell me which one will be the good one if I choose Aluminium profile from Hindalco brand . Or do you suggest something else . can you advice the difference between above serious from Eternia

In my opinion there is no significant advantage for wooden windows over Aluminium windows in terms of security because no intruders will try to break the whole window instead will try to break the window shutters which is not a big deal whether its a wooden window or Aluminium window and the only thing that matters is the window grill. Only the window grill can give the intruders a challenge if there is any. What do you think?

Aluminium can use in coastal area with high quality Powdercoating not the local job coating ! Where ever in the world costal city you can see 99% aluminium windows and facade. In Kerala there is not much organisation they can provide high quality windows. And you have to discuss about thickness of aluminium and other characteristics like hardness, angularity etc. People only aware about the square feet price not about what it deliver if they ready to pay 10-15% more for quality material in aluminium.

The international brands do not have a cost per kg pricing. Their pricing mechanism is usually not revealed. The profiles are standard too for a wide range of application
the aluminium windows come with 10 year warranty usually against system failure, fading etc. The Manufacturer is bound to service the hinges, lock mechanism, hardware during the 10 year liability period. The Hinges do not fail on these brands so much because they have a minimum quality control backed by their manufacturer if the hinges, locks , handles etc come from the same brand. The finishing is done by the fabricator itself. so be sure what finish you are using as different types of coating have different durability and lifespan.I can vouch for technal because i am bringing them in my house construction. But i am not sure of zackle. They are the agents for tostem in kerala. Please also note that the window profiles will never fail or break, the Main cause of failure of these windows is due to defects in fabrication. So if possible before buying from anyone, go and and have a look at any of their projects.
