HI, USE HEADPHONES,,,,I JUST received the latest version of the EQ V.7 ,good to see a compression meter has been added, first impressions are good, seems to do exactly what is on the box,using a Icom 7610 and Heil PR 40 microphone. I will do a update video with some more recordings, USEING HEADPHONES MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE,,🤔AND THANKS TO ON7FQ MANU FOR THE RECORDINGS 👍73s from Rotterdam 🖖🖖

I have the same processor and works great, also have a rogerbeep that is clean and not annoying but not wanted on HAM channels. Unfortunately most HAM's look down on RG beeps becauce it is CB related. I think one tone short beep in bad conditions is a + point to do pleasant communication and avoids doubble talking and misunderstanding. Anyway, there are pro's and contra's in this case🙂 Regards, Alain ON4AH Belgium.

Hi John-Bernard. Just a note to say thanks for trying to receive my call today (30-03-24) on 7.164mhz At the moment I'm operating mobile/portable from my home in northern France with a Xiegu G90 20w into a multiband mobile antenna on my VW campervan. Hopefully my shack in our garden cabin will be ready to use later in the summer months and by then will have a French callsign, so hoping to make contact with you then. I'm recently back into the hobby and new to HF as when I last operated in the 1990s I was restricted to 2m 7cm. For the moment I'm enjoying just listening to get up to speed. hoi john. ik zit bij jou om de hoek en heb een nieuwe zender en antenne staat nu ook. als ik in ssb modus luister hoor ik op heel veel frequencies overdags digitale geluiden op de achtergrond. ik hoor het ook de door het signaal van mensen verder uit de buurt als ze op fm moduleren. werkt jij met digitale modi? zou het kunnen dat we zo dicht op elkaar zitten dat ik jou signaal over heel de band hoor doorspetteren? 73, roland

@@parahenkie0104 ik ben op de radio, van af 3pm tot meestal 6pm, ik heb en Icom ic 7610 en op ssb werken, voor de rest ik weet het niet, maar rond 7pm mijn noise floor is rond s9 + op 40m, door goed koop Chinees opladers en led lampen, succes 73,,John.
