@@roxas5071 ohhh trust me its not my albedo does 8.9k skill with the 3 star sword at lvl 90 r5 and he does 11.3k with the new sword at level 20 so- i'll update this when i lvl up the weapon to 90 im curious myself
ngl I am wholly convinced Chiori's defence scaling was done entirely because they could make her weapon double as a 5star/non event weapon for Albedo. Especially given the weapon does pretty similar dmg to cinnabar.
this is the 3rd banner where Redhorn managed to evade me. However, this time Genshin was semi-nice and gave me this weapon instead, so now my albedo has a (checks notes) 2k damage increase per tick. Totally worth it hahahahaha (kill me)
Samee dudee, at least losing to this weap is not that much disaster, compared to last time got losing to memory dust crap🤣 Well, surely was taken aback, but at least my albedo can enjoy this weapon and reach comfortable crit stat now
As annoying as the release of Chiori is since shes such a blatant case of power creep, im was still excited for this weapon since Spindle was long gone by the time i started playing. I love Albedo as a character and enjoy how simple his kit is. Going from an R5 HoD to the Uraku misugiri was a very notable damage increase.
Someone did a weapon comparison for alhaitham, and this one came on top as long as there is a geo character in your party. It’s even better than his signature. ☠️
It’s better than his signature at 200-300 em in specifically spread, it’s worse than Lofi from 300-400 EM in both spread and especially Hyperbloom. As long as you play pure spread geo + Alhaitham Team it will be decent, but in hyperbloom and especially if you reach anywhere more than 300 EM Lofi outdamages it They are pretty close tho
Nobody out here is going to run alhaitham with a geo, because that would contribute to team DMG loss, if you replace Nahida with geo, you have to run deepwood in alhaitham, which means loss of atk and extra em, of you replace an electro it means less aggravate and in alhaitham hyperbloom, every single unit (alhaitham, kuki, yelan, Nahida) is an absolute must, So it's just a net loss to run this on alhaitham with a geo unit in the team
Quickbloom can't use geo but spread can, since alhaitham spread best team is alhaitham nahida yae zhong, so yeah he can use that, without zhong that weapon is about 2-3% worse than his bis which still pretty good
Maybe away to make the new weapon usable for Alhaitham (granted, if you have albedo), would be: Alhaitham(uraku), Dendro or hydro, of field electro, albedo(cinnabar). That way you have albedo's em bonus to boost the teams em, which benefits Alhaitham and the electro character. This in turn gives Alhaitham the Uraku buff gained from geo attacks, seeing as Albedo's skill does geo damage ever so often.
thats what actually i was thinking but i believe, iron sting or harbinger of dawn is still better and these are clearly very f2p so i think there is no need to replace them with uraku or no need to put albedo in alhaithams team because of that
@@thehurricanegod i doubt Harbinger is better. It has lower attack and only boosts crit rate, but with normal artifact lick and cr circlet that is not needed at all. Iron Sting could be viable of your substats have enough crit stats
@@tobioifyliterally nothing wrong with maining a character. Game has 0 resource requirements for clearing content, so you don't have to think too hard about wasting resources.
As you went to the character archive and went through the sword users, you made me realize that, despite being nearly universally usable a solid stat stick, very few sword users actually would actually find that weapon particularly useful; maybe 2 or 3 characters can efficiently utilize the passive gained from being in a party with a geo character … 😅
kaveh main that tried to get redhorn for him…welp, got my first ever double 5 star ! so now i’m here. maybe I can troll around with alhaitham’s build a bit
I got a c3 Albedo w the chori weapon and let me tell you. He does 22k dmg without criting and im crying with tears of joy. When he does crit its like 40k dmg and my zhongli gets boosted to do like 70k and im so happy X,D I have him at 60 crit rate and 270 crit dmg if anyones wondering (but i doubt :') )
I don't know if I should pull on that weapon banner, I'm interested in both main weapon for Albedo and Itto but as FP2 it's gonna be hella tight for the future banner.😅
I think it's very hard to compare since they have different main stat. One is DEF and the other one has Crit DMG so when you swap out the artifacts to "balance" it out how are we supposed to know when it is equal to one another? I just pulled C1 Albedo and I got Uraku for him and I'm so excited to build Navia Albedo team
With Albedo... it is better to test it with the same def stat for each sword... ALbedo is just so hard to test with it coz he scales of def, atk, cr and cd ... oh and also geo dmg... I tested these sword for two days... and the only thing I benefited with Uraku is, It is easier to build Albedo now... just find as much def and crit rate... Chiori with Spindle is also not much difference with Uraku... with spindle, you can focus more on atk and crit dmg
Uraku Albedo with husk would've definitely done more.. i think difference would hVe been more if uraku was used with husk when compared with cinebar with golden troupe...
For alhaitham I just wanna mention that in your hyperbloom team (xingqiu, nahida, kuki), by the time I've set up everyone's buffs and stuff, everyone in the team except xingqiu ends up with 1000+ em (xingqiu ends with like 400-500 iirc) so yeah, in a normal alhaitham team, an em based buff is gonna be much better than a flat increase, even if he doesn't have that much em to begin with
Considering I often use Ningguang as my full party healer with my Furina, I'd love to get the sword. Even more so since I pulled for Chiori. But I wouldn't have enough to guarantee Arlecchino if I did so... Maybe on re-run I'll get it. And yeah, Ningguang is enough of a healer for Furina teams if you build her full healing bonus with r5 prototype amber and don't have a super long rotation. Her burst on CD heals enough to counter the HP drain of Furina.
@@jrhrbnf-zo5wsYup. If interested, here is how: She has a 12 second CD burst with 40 energy cost. And with R5 prototype amber you restore 18 of that energy when you burst. Also, you will heal the party for 18% of their HP, and healing bonus works on that as well. You can get 65.9% healing bonus with 2pc/2pc and circlet, or 50.9% + 20% incoming with 4 piece maiden. That comes to ~30% healing which is approximately what Furina drains in 12 seconds, which is the CD of Ningguang's burst. However, Furina's burst does have a 15 second CD, so your rotation has to be at least 15 seconds, which does cause Furina to do more damage than Ning can heal. But that does factor in perfect attack uptime of Furina's summons for the fastest HP drain. So basically, if you have any downtime where Furina's summons aren't attacking, Ning can heal to match the damage. And yes, this is a bit ridiculous, but it oddly works. And to top it off, if you have any sort of single target healer in the party that can trigger an over-heal in some way, Furina's endless waltz passive will trigger and heal the entire party for 4%.
@@jrhrbnf-zo5ws the craftable catalyst prototype amber heals the party when you use your burst. it's a small healing over time, so it's pretty good with furina
I got an R2 Uraku while pulling for Redhorns for Noelle and it seems like a pretty nice weapon for Furina. The damage increase vs the lead pipe she was using is very noticeable and so far it seems like I still have enough ER with out the lead pipe to get her burst regularly.
EM sand on gilded dream is one of the rarest piece you can get, i don't if my luck simply that bad but, i farmed it for months still big NOPE from the game
EM goblets and circlets are actually rarer than sands. Sands have a 10% chance to have EM main stat, for cirlets it's only 4% and for goblets only 2.5% (nothing else is lower, so EM goblets are actually the rarest kind of artifacts). This is the same for every set btw.
X% dmg goblets i believe are harder than em, i think healing bonus circlets are also pretty rare, out of all the farming ive done, ive only gotten one 5* healing bonus circlet, but a bunch of em pieces
@@ShadowPhoenix4798Each type of dmg bonus has a 5% chance. Healing bonus has a 10% chance to be the main stat on a circlet, same as crit rate and crit damage. So EM goblets and circlets are still the rarest artifacts. Of course, the individual experience can vary because in the end it's just probabilities. But those are the numbers from the Genshin wiki, and judging from my 3 years of experience playing this game, they seem to be pretty accurate.
Problem with the test is you didn't use a full team. Like Gorou who buffs defense, geo bonus and crit dmg. This will try to balance out the differences of the weapon. Plus missing Geo resonance. Also, you should check Albedo's damage off field, not on field. Uraku is 4-6% stronger than Cinnabar which is good for those who don't have Cinnabar, but a waste for those who already have Cinnabar. Or else, Uraku is easier to build due to crit stat. However my Cinnabar Albedo has 71/138 ratio which is good enough for me.
i think the best way to look at cinnibar for its skill dmg increase is 80% talent damage, so lvl 9 going from 227% to 307%, or 35% dmg increase. did some rough math on alhaitham, uraku might actually be a tad bit better then his own signiture by roughly 5%. this doesnt count the +5% crit rate that his signiture gives, using the build you used, the crit is roughly 3.79% increase, so over all uraku is 1.1% stronger overall, small bit hey its there.
I have c2 albedo, and r5 cinnabar. I decided to roll on the banner because I really like albedo but I also have Noelle/Itto so really getting redhorn was the goal but if I got Uraku it wasn't gonna be... bad? Well... here I am lol. I'm still pulling for Chiori and want to get her so I can run some toxic comps like Itto/Chiori/Albedo/Gorou or Noelle/Furina/Chiori/Albedo lol
I don’t understand why albedos signature 5 star weapon when he first came out isn’t even a decent weapon for him? It even matches him perfectly and looks awesome imo. Who should I pair that weapon with? I’ve had it since his first release. I should’ve known better but I was so excited when he came out. For me, he does so much dmg when I use zhongli and pop his pillars. Each tick doing additional dmg inside albedos massive ring while doing even more additional dmg when attacking regularly with my other characters. It adds up quick and destroys enemies so fast. People don’t give albedo nearly enough credit
I know this comment is way too late but uraku might be better in multitarget scenarios for alhaitham than his signature because you run out of foliar incision stacks much more quickly
I'm really tempted on pulling for this, I use Golden Troupe on my Traveler and wonder how much more increase it will add or stick with Mistsplitter. Not a fan of Geo Traveler but still super curious since I use Dendro on Traveler most
It should be pretty comparable, I think. If you can consistently keep 3 stacks on Mistsplitter it might edge out Uraku, but that can be fiddly and the huge Skill DMG buff on Uraku is nice for the majority of Geo Traveler's damage. Plus the drip is better, the sword is gold and brown instead of purple.
Yep, the dendro dmg is from projection attacks from the chisel light mirrors, whose damage scales with em and skill level. Just makes the weapon even better for him
Would Ayato benefit from both buffs the weapon gives? Since his elemental skill ties into his NA would he get a 40% buff or just one of the buffs. Maybe he could also get that 100% increase in the effect if there's a geo unit in the team(if thats how the weapons passive works)
His skill swings are considered Normal Attack DMG, it's how his kit works. So he would get the NA bonus but not the Skill bonus. It's an okay option but not that great for Ayato.
First flower of albedo does snapshots and does not get benefit of weapon. After you hit with geo and place second flower. It snapshots with Elemental damage bonus. Thats why it increase damage
I feel chioris weapon does slightly more damage but also more constant. 141 c0 chiori I got destroyed in gacha hard I lost weapon gacha 50 50 two times for red horn. Yes I do main itto now I have his weap r1...171 pulls for chior weapon. I wish I didn't get red horn. Really needed to save those premo gems sigh
I was frustrated when I got it instead if redhorn because I want to upgrade my itto but I'm glad I did. The passive is far more versatile than redhorn and I always use zhongli anyway. I don't have many 5 star sword dps other than keqing and nilou tho. Also, I think mhy need to make more 5 star claymore with 88 cd lol
I think for the 5 stars the weapon is probably : Chiori > Albedo (although only 3% to 5% better than his signature) > Furina (since she doesn't care of low atk) > DPS Nilou > Ayato (especially with Bennett + Yun Jin) > Alhaitham > Ayato (alone)
FYI... uraku needs other character deals geo dmg to double the effect... so. on typical teams (atleast 1 other geo char) r1 uraku stronger than r5 cinnabar spindel
Albedo will trigger it himself by dropping his flower, assuming he hits something with it. Chiori will trigger it with her teleport. It works just fine on either solo.
@@Uryvichk the description states “… when an active character deals Geo DMG, the previously mentioned effects (skill dmg/normal atk dmg bonus) are increased by 100%…”. Active character is any character currently alive and is either on field or has a summon or character-attached attack currently active.
lol the test with the Cinnabar is inaccurate he was doing 15k but thats with the passive from Albedo enemy HP is lower than 50% he deals 25% more dmg so in reality Chiori sig weapon is better since it deals 19k dmg when below 50% HP MOGA !!! Cmon... D: at least be accurate its a 4* weapon vs a 5* weapon ofc its way better by almost 5k but with better relics its gonna be even better
I've actually been wondering if I should get this weapon for Furina. I don't have her Signature and instead I've been using Jade Cutter, the problem with that is that I have WAYYY too much Crit Rate (CR), my Golden Troupe pieces have 1 or 2 rolls worth of CR and I still get 98ish CR, so I wanted a 88% Crit Damage (CD) weapon to rebalance my overall stats. Uraku seems like a good fit, specially when the passive is nearly the same, but I haven't been able to get an answer on wheter or not it's better or worse than her Signature. The wording on the weapon says the passive doubles when a nearby character deals Geo damage, in Multiplayer that can be you or your allies, but for Singleplayer I don't know if it needs to be her to deal Geo or if it can be anyone in the party. My idea was to run that along Noelle to possibly have the double buff, specially since I managed to get some nice pieces for her. So the debate is if 24 Skill Dmg is better than 28% HP and/or at what amount of stats does one become better than the other, I'm not in a rush to acquire a weapon like that so I could wait for her Signature too. I'd be glad if anyone decided to give me an insight.
Only 4% stronger than Cinnabar for my Albedo. The only other sword user for me that this works better for is Ayato with YunJin, Bennett and Kazuha. 10% better than R5 Black Sword and 12% better than Mistsplitter. But maybe just cause of my artifacts but still it was a bit better. I give Mistsplitter to Keqing or Kaeya anyway.
man, i`m quite pissed at hoyo, i was saving primos because of redhorn, so i could get my Noelle one, and it came right togheter with Chiori, so no matter what weapon i got from the weapon banner, it would be an upgrade, since i don`t have many 5* weapons, Chiori sword would be useful for some of my characters... if i got any of them, because i got offbanner weapon,... it would`t be a problem if on the very next day i see the announcement that 3.6 will have arlechinno... and now i`m broke on primos... honestly... sometimes HOYO pisses me off for fooling me with their predictable schemes... and it annoys me that i`m fool enough to fall for them...
Its not a scheme by hoyo, thats on you. chiori banner (13 march) is two days after arlecinno announcement (11 march). If its the other way then yeah its a scheme
Even without triggering the bonus or utilising the 20% def, 24 skill dmg bonus is pretty good, for characters who can get that up to 48%, alhaitham, albedo, maybe an odd furina comp, its really good.
@@stimpoy yeah, in general any crit weapon is decently versatile just due to the nature of crit, the skill dmg/normal atk dmg bonus just further makes it more versatile
moga, please, READ and do some basic maths for god's sake. First, Golden Troupe's loses 25% dmg bonus if the character is on field. Second, If you do some minimal calcs you'll realise that husk is better for that weapon than GT since you lose a lot of defense. There have been too many failed showcases lately here.
