Yeah, the Naruto-Boruto rasengan here was a deliberate direct reference/parallel to their original father-son one against Momoshiki. If you compare them the shots and angles and even the music are the same. It’s really nice. Love this episode! And ofc, all your questions and theories will be answered in time 👀

The chances of getting a good host like Boruto that's compatible is 1 in a million. We also know that the seal and Kurama interferes with things like this, that's also why Naruto could not summon PA or MA and team with them like Jiriya did. Urashiki also doesn't have the same abilities as Momoshiki one ofnwich is the ability to stop time when necessary as he did to give Boruto karma and a few other key moments.

I can´t say why urashiki didn´t do, can be spoiler, when you watch that episode i´ll write what manga said

i think since it was both boruto and naruto that killed him, it wouldnt make sense for both to have the mark especially if you know how the mark forms which will be explained in later episodes

Urashiki wasn’t able to put that mark on Boruto or Naruto cuz 1. It was both of them that killed him and Boruto already has a mark and 2. he was to weak to even put one on

Nah that mark on boruto hand was made by momoshiki and let's just say he had luck to put that mark there. Urashiki can't and because he is just a filler character... (I still like his design though). Now things are really going to get Good with the next canon arc tutorial is over.
