13:30 can you counter that consistently ? If yes then how back when i used to play the game with Law (loved the character btw) i could barely do that once in 20 matches.
In PCSX2 navigate to config -> video -> plugin settings, you can upscale the resolution to 4K by choosing 4K option from Internal Resolution drop down menu !
