I got the opportunity today to try the Urban Slicer Pizza Worx Neapolitan pizza dough mix for the first time. This mix is a 'just-add-water' pizza dough mix that couldn't be any easier to make. All you have to do is dump the mix into the bowl of your mixer and then add a cup of water. Let it knead with the dough hook for 8 to 10 minutes and it's ready to rise. I mixed mine in the Kitchenaid and then divided it into two pieces, put them in oiled plastic containers, and let them rise for about 2 hours until they doubled in size. Then I just transferred them to my work mat and shaped them into pizzas, topped them, and cooked them on the Gozney Roccbox. The Roccbox allowed me to cook these pizzas at a traditional 900°F for about 90 seconds to get a complete cook. This dough can also be cooked at lower temperatures for a longer time if desired. The instructions for either method are on the package as well.
