Urban Wax - Rolling Intelligence (1994) 

I love those types of trippy, psychedelic melodies like you hear at 2:51, I don't know technically what you call them - arps, just synths.....whatever. But they make Hardcore/Jungle and hybrids of the 2 sound so good, take you on a little journey out of the humdrum mundanity of this reality. I'm especially grateful for this music some near-30 years on, it's been a life saver! I'm still as passionate/addicted/excited by it all this time laters. Cheers :)

Tremendous tune. First heard it during a Top Buzz set (played a little quicker!) and it's still a beautiful, layered, expanding track.
