In the marking criteria in administering medication .. there is no second confirmation of name and dob?is that really a must? Because I find it so redundant specially in a community setting where we prepare the meds infront of the patient or in patients home ..

Hi Nrs V, thank you for your video. Pls i would like to know if there's no need to claen d injection site with swab because i didn't see that in this video. You went straight to d patient,pull d skin and injected. Although you mentioned you don't need to clean as the skin is clean, does that cover the swabbing or is it because is a community setting, if so Is that also applicable in hospital setting too.Hoping to get a feedback from you. Pls sis is it not necessary to tell the patient that she will eat after 30mins of administering insulin,or better still ask patient that you hope he has food to eat in the said time after the injection

Hello, for the injection skill, at what point do you prepare the site of injection? What if they had a sweater and you needed to use the deltoid muscle?

We had exam today as it is been described.. Before the exam at the test centre they gave instructions that scooping and resheating is wrong method.

Thought it was 45°
