That I have felt in the past, now I know Life is always an adventure, meaning there is always more to explore 😁 but if you start seeing everything like “a problem I have to heal” it becomes tiring and exhausting…. Is not all about healing, is about expanding also, growing, nurturing, letting go, being different, dancing, changing, discovering… This is why as humans we have limited time, so we squeeze the juice of experience 😉 And sometimes is also good to let go of the preconcept of healing and simply enjoy what and where you are now ❤

When I received notification of this video, I immediately knew that I needed to watch it, but I couldn’t right away. #3. Everything is right on. Just minutes before you mentioned family taking my voice I heard that same message and felt a knot in my throat that caused a huge release of emotion. I know that it was not any of the unsuccessful romantic relationships that were the core trauma. Those were just superficial in the big picture. Pile 2 is Resonating with me and what I am currently facing in my life. I have been on a emotional rollercoaster they last few days 😭 and I can't figure out why I feel this way. I feel isolated from the world and very sad, crying and alone. I have a dream that I would love to make come true. But right now I feel hopeless 😔. Oh my pile to are you ever on point. Here's the deal I have a recent flea infestation I recently had to get rid of my 12 cats and I realized that they were the ones with the fleas until I got rid of the cats and then now I'm the host it's been crazy I have a tiny house and I'm doing everything I can do. Has an older lady this is exhausting. Even my curtains had to be thrown away. Thank heavens I do not have any carpet in this house. But I am overwhelmed and everything you say in pile to is just right on point. It's so hard it's not impossible but I am just exhausted from this oh my Lord is such a draining experience.
