DragonKoal the most reputable leak that came out a few months ago said that Ezreal was going to be getting a star guardian skin, along with Syndra, so you're likely going to feel pretty silly getting all worked up over this when it comes to fruition.
I fucking hate these reworks, not because they are reworks, but because they keep nothing (not even the identity) of the old champion in many of the cases.

The only "mechanic" they kept is the "lock on" mechanic, but even that one is not even the same. This is not the same champion... Those two champions have NOTHING! to do with each other. If they released this Urgot with a different skin, no one would know this was supposed to be an Urgot rework, it is THAT different.

I used to main Urgot mid, but now, being a top main with a love for tanky bruisers, I am super pumped for the rework, as the new Urgot fits my hyper aggressive playstyle like a glove that is far too tight.

I've been waiting for at least three years for an Urgot rework. And I have to say that I'm not disappointed in the slightest. Can't wait to take him back on the rift!
urgot ultimate is the most fucked up in the entire game. Imagine being injured af can't do anything and then some half man half crab obese fuck with metal legs comes up he impales you with a rocket then he drags you into his belly and there you are torned apart by chainsaws...

This looks really good, I'm happy to see Urgot get reworked, I can't wait for Evelynn's VGU. Evelynn should be psychologically terrifying to play against. I thought of something cool, what if she had a radius in which she whispered to enemies. Like if she was oh so close to you, you'd hear some voice lines, almost as if she was toying with you.That radius though would be a big enough radius in which you would know she was there, but not know where.
Screw the League of Legends! If Urgot can missile-impale someone and then grind them to death he should got straight to to the Mortal Kombat Tournament!
They meant the range on the initial cast. The chain can go VERY far, so you can grab someone escaping very easily if you don't entirely suck at skill shots.
honestly maybe the best rework ever... i love the old urgot but damn they done some thinking about the new one . the idea with the six legs is literally genius and the ult... finally giving urgot the terrifying look he should have got a long time ago
I honestly think this is a really nice spotlight, Short with gameplay and Tips. Not those 10 Minutes spotlights where you Show 3 Minute intro or something like that. Good Job guys.

To be honest, I was very happy with the old Urgot. The only thing I wish they should have scrapped and redone was his ultimate, since it srsly was just weird to use as a marksman (especially in teamfights). In my opinion, they should have given this new Ultimate to the old Urgot and keep everything else (apart from maybe the visuals and sound effects). #RIPoldUrgot ;-; Not many will miss you, but those who do, will with their whole heart :'(

Riot, I'm proud of you. A year ago, I would've assumed this game was going down the shitter. Yet, with the introduction of hextech, special gamemodes, and the all important Yorick and Urgot reworks, it seems you've defied expectations and actually listened to your audience. Thanks rito.
I miss old Urgot, where you didn't play him to win games, you played him to be a giant evil crab man, laughing maniacally while anxiously awaiting the pool party skin
