This is not just a story of a soldier from just 1 country. Guess every country has it's own soldier and they have a similiar story ! War is never a solution. The only one to lose is the soldier's family ! Rest everyone moves on.

I might be wrong but I think that URI is a place and not the name of the military operation. Aside, I think the place is situated at the extreme north-west part of India where India is sharing it's border with Pakistan which is not the Indo-Myanmar border. Indo-Myanmar border is situated at the extreme eastern or may be south-eastern part of India. Whom you're referring as the "Good dude" he's acting in the movie as the Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi and the guy who's managing the whole operation as The National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval.
