thank you so much for opening this, brought me back to my early teen years, urza's was my fave set of all time, crazy decks came out of that era, who dont like a sneak attack deck or a reanimator !

Yeahhh I remember cracking open packs of this set as a kid, wish I had the foresight to open more of these than the prophecy packs that just broke out at the time. Great memories nonetheless

oh my lord that's expensive!! Those things really don't want to be opened do thhey! I just got back from the clinic with more meds and such. good news is that I should be seeing a neurologist soon. Well, looks like we completely whiffed on the commons and uncommons but at least we got a good show in the rares :) not only is Saga overpriced... it's also a BIG SET with 110 rares. thanks for sharing this with us my friend :) All the best.

I cracked many a starter decks from Urza's block back in the day. They used to run like 10 bucks a deck... hearing you talk about the prices of these old packs has me looking back in disgust.. I shoulda just baught and kept, not opened haha! On another note, I loved Cycling mechanic back in the day, it was massively powerful.

Where are you getting the $400 number? You can usually find a tournament pack for around $200 - $220.

There is no foil Urza's Saga cards, there is only a promo Lightning Dragon that is foil. But the sold product had no foil's, Urza's Legacy was the first product with foil's and that was the next edition in the block just before the final Urza's Destiny.

@@kenjames91680 Whip is short of Whipcorder that is an uncommon from Onslaught and was the name of my warrior back in Vannila WOW. I always named my characters in WOW from MTG cards. Had a mage called Barrin, a lock called Crovax, a shaman called Multani, a DK called Kamahl and many others... Since that warrior was my main people called me Whip.

Oh the Urza's Saga. I remember the old days when i were just a little kiddo. I think Urza's block is quite overpriced but im happy that you open this for us. The Urza's block is my fav block just for the memories. I miss those days. Well, that surely wasn't a hit but, you know what OB says. "opening is always priceless". Thanks for the memories my friend. I got 3 of these last year when they were still 99 bucks, pulled a yawgmoths will, sent it in to beckett hoping for a solid 9.5+ they sent it back as altered and it clearly wasn't pack was untampered. Daniel Chang is going to send it in with some others and see what they say.

Great comment totally overpriced- there are only a handful of mid priced rares in that big set and I personally think its artificial scarcity that’s causing the price hike as it was never a huge seller back then , everyone was buying singles from dealers and saga was just fodder for FNM prizes

I played with a lot of walls back in the day Wall of Glare and fog bank were my go to walls. I would attach lure to Fog bank, making it a wall that could block any number creatures.

whenever you see the plastic seal seam, try checking the opposite side for the pull tabs ;) a lot of the seals ive opened are like that... at first it does appear that youd pull it where its not connected, bit its not always the case haha

Nice bud! One of the decks I play in legacy is sneak and show and you cant have it without Show And Tell. No better feeling then playing a turn one show and tell and play Omniscience for free.
