@ kmizan fauzi Thanks for proving my point. We don’t blame the car when the driver runs through a crowd. Or the alcohol company for a drunk driver. Or the knife maker after a mass stabbing. So why do ignorant people blame firearms? Because they’ve been fed irrational fear mongering by the media and government. Numerous countries have restricted or outlawed guns only to continue to have violent people commit acts of violence, with guns with cars, with knives/swords, or whatever else they can get their hands on. Evil people do evil things, ignorant people blame someone or something else.

Normally when they inflitrate, they would already get a sense of the environment and get changed. If they were already in a Ghille suit, they meant that they are going deep behind enemy lines, within enemy territories. They have been trained to brace all forms of elements. If it rains, it rains. You do not want to get caught and shot midway while changing. They would also normally change if they are far away from their intended target or have set up a parameter.

On all of my stalks I had a known or suspected enemy position that I was moving to. During my mission planning, I would do a terrain analysis with a topographic map to determine how close I could get to the enemy position and still be unseen due to the terrain alone. This would give me an idea of where to set up my mission support site and cache my rucksack. From the MSS, I would move to the last cover and concealed position. Once there, I would pull out my ghillie suit and veg it up to match the local flora. So, depending on the terrain and vegetation, only the last couple hundred meters would I have my ghillie suit on. I'd say that it would take me about 30 minutes to camo up and get my ghillie prepped for the final portion of the stalk. As far as movement, if you can see the enemy first, you can quickly determine their blind spots and use them to approach relatively fast. I remember my last stalk, from the time we were dropped of a few miles away to when I moved into my final firing position was about 45 - 60 minutes. Unfortunately it wasn't as concealed as I hoped. So, over the course of about a hour, I cut branches off of some shrub oak and transplanted it on the other side of the tree where my shooting position was. I took my time, moving a branch about every ten minutes, mostly so that no drastic changes to my spot were suddenly made. Once I was done, I waited some more knowing that once I shot, a walker would be called within 10 meters of me, so I wanted that observer to get used to the bush that I had made. Fortunately, another sniper shot before I did which drew the observers attention to my spot. The other sniper was about 20 meters behind me and using the same line of fire. While the observers were able to talk the walker onto the other sniper, that meant that they scrutinized my area and didn't talk the walker onto my newly created bush (I was out of their line of sight behind a tree). After about 10 minutes, I moved into position and made the shot. The walker came over but the observers couldn't ID me. Eventually they asked the walker to put his flag on my head. Once he did, the observers radioed that it looked like he just put his flag on the ground. Throughout this, I was keeping near constant observation of the instructors so I knew when I could safely move. I was slow and smooth whenever any part of my body was within their line of sight but at the same time I was not impersonating Drax's "I am invisible because my movements are so slow as to be imperceptible." If I could see they were looking elsewhere, I could move from behind the tree and put in another branch. The trick was not to move fast enough that their peripheral vision could detect the movement and attract their attention to my location.

Sir I have a couple of question sir. the metal clamps to help secure your Urban position when using the screens. Those specific clamps appear to be chromed or a very shiny metallic that could or would reflect the sunlight how would you implement those to make sure that that doesn't give away your position by the Sun reflecting off of it? Or were those clamps an example of what you would use but the actual one would be painted or coloured to suit your environment? Also you had two different tripods you work in a team with a spotter and a shooter would you both carry two tripods or could the members of your team that are for security when it's possible to send them with you be able to help disburse the load? Redundancy how important is that to a sniper team to have multiple of equipment that you would only really need one at a time well I guess the first that tripod you showed us could need two of those depending on your position and the terrain and your target possibly. I'm just curious. Sir thank you sir
