So the idjits basically want a “law for the existing law”. And if they don’t get it they are going to take their toys and go home and hold their breaths. What a dumpster fire can do! If they shut it down, cut off their pay. How about for every day of a shutdown, it costs the idjits 1 weeks pay for which there will be no compensation afterwards. Also lose equal amounts of pension and benefits. I mean, if I don’t work I get nothing. Seems fair in my mind. Again, dumpy doesn’t care about them either.
The deadline for action on the budget is September 30. Also, the forensic psychiatrist, Dr. Bandy Lee said her group is having a conference at The National Press Club in Washington DC on September 27th. The problem with the Save Act is that it goes into effect immediately when passed. This close to the election it will cause local election officials to scramble to abide by it in time for this election. This gives Republicans an additional way to challenge election results.
I believe that Congress should not get paid if they shut the government down by not passing the budget like our men and women who are protecting the very freedoms they use for their political games!!
It's weird. They want to prove citizenship to register. In florida, we have to show and have our birth certificate scanned into the state database to get our first driver's license. We register to vote at the same time, through the dmv. In Mississippi, Missouri, and Wisconsin, I had to show my birth certificate for my license, and then show my license to register to vote. How is this SAVE act a thing?
This dave act is more than it appears. Right now States get to make the rules about voters. This act is a big step in congress getting to make the rules.
