As Russia ramps up its offensive in eastern Ukraine, officials with the U.S. command in Eastern Europe say it’s urgent for NATO to be ready for a possible confrontation. VOA’s Eastern Europe bureau chief Myroslava Gongadze talked to the U.S. and Polish commanders in Boleslawiec, Poland.

@@supercarfanatic2078 Nie trzeba zamykać granic. Wystarczy by rząd wyjaśnił, że 90-95% poborowych z mobilizacji NIGDY nie zobaczy frontu. Bo poborowi będą przede wszystkim wozić zapasy między magazynami, pilnować magazynów, pracować w wojskowych zakładach remontowych itp. ew. kopać fortyfikacje na zapleczu. Na 1 żołnierza na linii frontu trzeba 10-12 na zapleczu, którzy zajmują się całą logistyką.

Why is it happening? I d like to know what do you think is the reason Sir. Make man lesser man, give soldier numerous reaction in order while beeing attacked by a refugee, decreasing morale amongst real warriors. Poland is not ready to face the war, because we dont have people in who we can put our trust, the main cause of loss marks under lack of leadership, deals, ladder of connections, shakend hands. We are misguided, mischieved, manipulated, by our own people, we, instead of paying tribute to those who stood up years ago, with our grit, and will, we proove to not take matters into our own hands. Out there, in trenches, i am guessing there are orders led by survival instinct, the instinct is determined by will to fight. I am worried not to lose my life, i am worried i will die without reason, purpose, and hope. Regards

NATO expansion was the result of Russia’s oppressive policies towards all of the former Soviet Union countries. Ukraine’s biggest mistake was not joining NATO when Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia etc did.

But the Americans set a trap in Ukraine, under the guise of civilians they attacked the Russian military, and they, having suffered losses, were forced to retreat. Is there anything Elementary School when a Korean War veteran yelled at me for digging out of my sand pile and said I could sink his whole tractor under the ground so fill up my hole up. I was building a Vietnam tunnels on the book on the Vietnam War when they had underground tunnels. I even showed the tunnels up with wood really good so my tunnels would not collapse. I was staying out of the sand pile and headed to the cornfield after that all my army tanks and covered wagons and armor sink under the ground and started on fire. Put little sticks over my holes covered up with sand and that's how they fell through in the sand pile and everybody died and I won f*** Roy

Well, what would you expect US commanders in Poland to say..."Hey, we're here for the beer!" (Polish beer is excellent, reason enough for the Russians to invade). Is it good that US and Polish militaries train together...of course. Is a Russian invasion of Polane imminent? Nope. First of all, the Russians would have to get through Ukraine and Belarus isn't so stupid as to try it alone. Secondly, the Russians would have to be suicidal to attack Poland. If the Russians think Ukraine is tough...Poland would show the Russia a "tough" they haven't seen yet.

One of my co-workers that I went to the same school with, - at work he notified me that at school one-common (same teacher) we had in English class had caused him hardship and problems the whole year, I quickly replied that was the same teacher that I had and he humiliated/insulted and threatened to fail me for the year, not only that but it was the same Jew - teacher that caused problems and deliberately failed/held back my brother from his graduation (he had to go to summer school) There's a Reason there's so many protests going on in the American Universities (because they're owned by you know who) - Protests, criticism, questioning them is Not allowed - it's known as Anti-Semetism

I am glad to see cooperation but words and chest thumping doesn't make Poland strong. Putting the armor into Ukraine to stop the russians is what will really aid Poland and Europe. It makes me feel unsecure to see all these armor vehicles in: Poland that is not being sent to Ukraine. And the soldiers are safely in Poland rather than where the fight is. This make we very unsecure. It should make us all feel unsecure.
