US dockworkers strike could ‘dramatically’ change the course of the election 

Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discusses the “October surprise” which could “dramatically” change the course of the election.
A dockworkers strike is set to shut down major US ports on the eastern seaboard, threatening economic and trade disruptions.
“We all talk about in this business about an October surprise - what happens in the month in the run up to the election that can change the course of the election very dramatically,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.
“It could have dramatic impacts on the economy.”
