US Leak Says New Hypersonic Missile of China Can Evade US Missile Defense 

Here we go again. According to leaked US intelligence documents, a Chinese hypersonic missile has a good chance of evading the US ballistic missile defense systems. The DF-27, a brand-new hypersonic intermediate-range missile went through successful testing by the P.L.A. The DF-27 can hold targets at risk beyond the Second Island Chain and has a good chance of sneaking through the missile defense of the US. Leaked document says the missile flew for 12 minutes and covered 1,300 miles, but a 2021 Pentagon report claims that the DF-27 has a range of up to 5000 miles, which enables it to attack targets in a sizable portion of the Pacific.
