If USA is allowing all of illegal immigrants through its border then USA must to take all of Haitians off in several planes to fly them to NYC too. Before any legal latino ( as a foreigner) workers or individuals have been required for an affidavit to get in USA mainland or territory, if they work, they pay taxes. However, it have been forgotten
