Actually, believe it or not, when Neapolitans first created pizza in the early 1800's, they didn't use cheese. It wasn't until the late 1800's that cheese was added as a topping.

If we are talking about sliced leg ham and not the cheap grated kind it should be higher, also chicken should be lower because it always sucks up the moisture from a pizza and requires a very large amount of sauce to compensate, which would then overpower the flavour of the pizza.
best pizza is thin crust remove the pizza sauce and replace it with bbq then u add grill stake and chicken on it and now u got a pizza that tast like some good ass grilled food
BBQ Beef & Onion is one of my favourite pastime pizza's. Shame there's no beef on this list or Italian sausage. Mushrooms belong in D tier just by texture alone. Can't complain about peppers (capsicum) or olives everyone has there tastes.
Italian pizza is generally the same in size as American pizza. When I went last year their regular pizza was literally the same size as our larges but more of a oval. Their gas station pizza is a different story tho as its mad small and is a square like pizza hut. Italian pizza has a way better sauce, cheese, and bread taste to it aswell. (If I was to rate the two Italian pizza would get a 10/10 and American pizza would get a 6/10. this is my opinion so don’t retaliate in the comments of this comment please)
