"Snickers is just a worse Mars Bar." This is accurate. The Snickers is the most reliable standard among candy bars for me. It is a solid reliable candy bar which is also the standard for what a candy bar should be so I put it in A tier. Mars is better than regular Snickers so S tier for the Mars candy bar along with Snickers with Almonds. Plain Herseys is B tier while Herseys with almonds is A tier. Twix I would put in B tier because like regular Hersey I can eat one of those candy bars any day of the week but seldom choose that over other candy bars. The hottest take for me is Reices Peanut Butter Cups and Reices Pieces in B tier. I really do enjoy them, though it is quite rare that I actually pick up one of those.

Hell no, twix is a dry biscuit. The combination of nuts and chocolate is legendary - Mars and Snickers need to be higher than Twix. Personally, Snickers is S but I can see many people prefering Mars, so Snickers in A is acceptable, but Twix in B, absolutely. Other than that, yeah, Pop Corn is D, unless you get some butter or cheese seasoning on it. Doritos are below chips, as they should be. Chips with a good seasoning are one of the best salty snacks. All in all, good but not flawless tier list, presidents. Your tier list would go to tier A or B on my tier list.
