In this video, we take you with us as we enjoy the 50 acre farm. We are all there together my husband myself and Nana. Explore the 50 acre farm with us.
We moved from US to Ghana at the end of September 2022, and have been diligently working to build our lives here in Ghana. We have been cultivating our 50 acre farm, building our MiniFarm Homestead, and helping others with all things pertaining to relocation. We are also available for consultation. We help our clients check out the land they have already acquired, check on the project that they are doing, as well as other needs as situations arise. Wow 😮, huge cassava tubers 👏👏 Nana is all over the farm, even running 😂🤣. Nice to see him enjoy going to the farm, a lot of kids avoid anything that has to do with farming. I had fun going to the farms back in the days especially harvest time.

Very productive land. The cassavas are huge. It freezes very well. Lots to be made from it, including desserts.

@kimberlymensah5063 Coming from the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, we make something called 'pone' pronounced like 'loan' but with a p. It is made with grated cassava, pumpkin, coconut, sugar, spices (cinnamon, vanilla essence, softened butter, touch of nutmeg and ground black pepper) mostly to your taste. Mix altogether and bake. @@kimberlymensah5063 You can make a lot of desserts with cassava. You can make cassava cakes, bread, fritters etc. The fritters are made same way as America’s hush puppies.
