Very true.I was given with no travel history.My passport is very new.I was very honest with my answers even the bank statement I had was mine with the little cash.Though they didnt even ask for it.

If your education degree is from a university outside the US, it’s very unlikely that it will be recognized. The best option is to pursue a masters degree at an American university after that sky is limit.

One can have travelled after filling DS 160 so definitely the answer to travel history may change therefore that may be a false inconsistency.

I was there last month,and that was the first question, travel history. They didn't want to hear of African travel. The few who got to be listened to or rather spend more time at the booth are only the ones who had international travel history, they didn't even want to hear of the the gulf countries. Fast forward,is was denied the visa. I wish i knew of this before booking an appointment. With no prior travel hx chance's are so slim, 30 seconds, Pink slip.
