USA BATON PASSING UNPLUG 

As an ex-relay 4X400 meters team member, I felt the need to do a one take quick home uncandid video to keys on passing the baton for the USA Team to consider doing. It's not my intentions to say anything that will hurt or embarrass our Team but to approach this important and simple technics in being successful victoriously with a lot of practice.
