Most people are working from Home what is the impetus for companies to get them to US to pay them high with visa cost etc. Just make them stay in India and make them work from home in India. Companies need to think more.

Sir,The A2 visa issued to local stuff by embassies will be discontinued from August 2021, causing injustice to current employees.To give them a green card under the DV Lottery or to give them all a service 03 years or less.Please be fair in this regard.thanks.

I am not understanding why you guys think giving H1B visa by wage level is bad for students? I am a student and I think most of the students gets decent wage (and 3 chances to apply and 3 years to increase wage level). I think this will definitely reduce fraud in h1b and help students to get visa.

If I don’t get picked in the lottery, I am thinking of requesting to be hired in a overseas office (in Dublin or China, where I’m currently not located in and would also need a visa for) so that I can apply for a L1b visa after one year. Would you recommend this? And would I be able to continue applying for the H1b visa in the following years while pursuing the L1 visa?
I have a cousin who returned from US. He went there for Non- STEM. It is definitely hard to get a job as Non-STEM but the problem is that you only get one shot at a H1B Visa even if you are able to find a job.
@@ravindersingh3968 If you are from commerce field, then there are few universities in US who offer STEM degrees for finance, accountancy and business analysis. Also, MBA from many reputed univerisites is also STEM if you do a specialization in business analysis.
@@ravindersingh3968 But you need 4 years undergrad. Canada or UK are better options for Non-STEM. In Canada one of my batchmates (BBA) got Masters in Finance in McGill University ( Top 3 in Canada) despite of 3 years undergrad because he had a very good score in GMAT.
