@@hemalakha199 yes it will. I got one from the US and activated Airtel eSIM. Works with no problems at all. Connectivity/Range is quite good and internet speed is at par with 4G standards.

Apple care support told me that we can claim warranty on 14 series, but in case if any problem occurs that can't be repaired and needs a replacement then they can't replace our USA model with indian model as both the models are different. It was possible till 13 series as both USA and indian models were same.

Hey Siddhant, in refer to your questions. No, there would be not any network issues considering 5g/4g bands. And yes, you can claim the warranty in India even if it is purchased through UK or US. :)

I don’t know if you’re going to reply to this but it’s very important to know : Many people have a question - I have a 13 pro now, and to activate eSim on it, I had to send a message on 199 to activate eSim. Now in 14 pro - there is no SIM card slot, so how will we send an sms to activate eSim? Will it still work and if so, do u have any idea how?

I beleive there is no such global warranty for iphone 14 The warranty and AppleCare+ are only valid in the country where the phone was originally sold

iPhone 14 pro and max variants are seems to be unavailable in apple official sites for pickup and it takes around a month to ship in US (TX), one of my friend is travelling to India early Oct.
