Sorry to hear that you got rejected in your third attempt.But I think the visa officer rejected you because of the first mistake you made.F-1 visa or F-2 visa and the way you speak,your attitude towards them presented in this video may also had been reflected in the interview itself.

Every interview ma question bujhena and sunena? I think without any reason rejection bhako haina, not trying to be rude hai. It's not your fault but need more practice hola? Docs ni already milaeyra rakhnu parcha sabai. It's not the best gpa, you should've convinced her that you'll do better in future tara instead of that you said it's not that low. Yei hola behind the rejection, imo.
if i were VO then i will also reject you you are saying that you have prepared enough to speak in front of vo but you are struggling to speak in front of camera then how did you able to answer in front of 100s of people fraud girl
