@327372 i think jamaica is doing just fine my friend. so far you've given the world two very well known legends! Bob Marley and Usain Bolt! jamaica dont need no technology from nobody! i love jamaica. and im from sri lanka! so thankyou jamaica for that! much love! respect!
Bolt was amazing, the best track performance I've ever seen. After the 100m final, my whole family couldn't wait fir the 200m, his preferred race and the one you knew he'd bust a gut to break the record.
That dude been blessed..........has a ton of charisma too i really like how he loves to have a laugh ........its awesome to see high profile professional athletes like that ....and the fella seems pretty humble about it all as well
Great interview of a great icon. Big up Bolt and big up Jamaica. Make sure you all visit Jamaica to get a better understanding of how and why we are so great. See you all in Jamaica. Bim!
YO FOR REAL! BBC comentators -to me- are the best and most unbiased i have ever heard or seen. They give credit to every person and dont simply focus on their nation- tho they will of course interview whoever is representing them. I was really disgusted with how other news stations treated the track events- repeating the same things about US runners yet neglecting to point out the other countries and the stories behind those who won - etc... anyway enough venting
@Ghjoest ... the reason why his 'crater' reference was funny to letterman and fans was during the same week, John McCain (during the republican primaries) had skipped out of an appearance on the letterman show to take care of some personal matters. McCain used a reference of 'cratering' in his excuse which drew national attention. People have forgotten that Bolt was poking fun at John McCain when he made that reference.
i liked usain bolt before i saw this interview... but omg, the guy has a sense of humor, he is intelligent, thankful, and humble. What a great athlete.
Today marks 12 yrs since he broke the 100 m , 200m and 4×100 relay..August 16th 2009..world championship ..all his races and interviews kept poppin up in the timeline..🤣😂I just love him..🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲❤❤❤
Letterman is kind of getting on Usain for celebrating early and joking more until her brings out the medals and remembers how big an accomplishment it really is and his whole demeanor changes to give Usain respect
what a nice kid - people were pissed at what he did in the 100m, but he was just that happy. i hope he keeps blowing records away and that him and Tyson stay neck and neck!
he said congragulations...BOY THATS EXCITING TO SEE. It can easily be mixed with congratulations BOY lol. but he was saying boy thats exciting to see he just said all the words too quickly
It was a superb interview. He fitted the night show it was not boring there were jokes and other smiling moments. Congratz Usain and I hope you will take these in strides.
I dunno why people have a problem with him celebrating and what's with the chronic pain in their asses. When nadal punches his fist ,its being manly, when NBA players chest thump each other its establishing camaraderie. BUT when he does it, it aint sportsmanship. Disrespectful attitude towards a man who is exciting to watch. He broke the world record and did it in style. Let the man be. He knows it better than any man in history how to do it.
Look. I'm not the one hating him; I'm a fan. So why don't you go ask someone who actually hates him instead of a fan? I don't seem to understand why people hate him as well. It's really useless to argue with me since I'm also a fan; plus, I don't have that paradigm in a hater's mind.
i wake up i eat some chicken nuggets i go down to breakfast theres nothing that i like so i eat more nuggets and go to sleep and before the race i have some nuggets, this guy a legend!
I haven't seen a single person yet who claims to hate him, so I'll have a hard time asking one. The fact you don't know why you think people hate him hints that you're a bit deluded; most of what he's been getting so far is praise.
