40:27 got the same problem. Im too invested on dragonnest, grinding every hours. Have 3 option (Games, Study, Sleep) and can only choose 2, and ofcourse like every gamer, sleep is low prio among the three. Couple months of playing is chill but as you play longer the more you dive deeper to the game. Played for 1 year until I realized how it fucks me, some games are less fun if you do it just for the grind.
