Ako Doc wla akong problem sa husband ko kc he died in an accident 43 yrs ago and I'm the only one who gave my 2 daughters for their education & have a good life Dr. Mike. Ang anak ko ang may problema kc nag abroad lng anak ko dahil nag patulong mkapunta d2 sa Rome, Italy para daw nman sya nman ang tutulong sa family nya dahil nahihiya na sa akin since ng mkarating ako d2 ako lahat ang tumutulong sa kanya pamilya. Ng mkarating na d2 nag loko ang asawa nag kaanak pa sa iba, eh kaso wla nman pera para ipa anual ang marriage kya lng until now d pa magawa ng anak ko. Ano kya mabuti ang dapat gawin. Nahingi ng kaparti sa bahay nila if ever ipagbili. 3 sons ang anak nila Dr. Mike. Thank you so much Dr. Mike! GOD BLESS you & your family!🙏😘❤❤

Attorney ask lang po, ipapa ammend po ang deed of sale, dahil hindi naka pirma yung anak sa deed of Sale.(co-owner) ama lang naka pirma. Dr. Mike my case po. Ay nasa declaration of absence. 15 years na kami hiwalay. No communication, At walang support sa 3 naming anak . At my sariling family narin sya at 5 anak nya. So, hindi parin pasok sa automatic dissolved marriage?

Goo day po .may tanong lang po kung ano dapat gawin sa dalawang kasal po nila tatay at nanay .1983 po at 2007 .ang problema po ay magkaiba ang apelydo n nanay sa una at sa pangalawa nilang kasal. Ang apelyedo po ni nanay ay apelyedo ng mother nya. At sa pangalawang kasal po ay nagamit nya ang apelyedo ng step- father nya. Kailangan po naming maayos ito para po sa death claim ng tatay. Ang unang kasal po nila ang void. Nid po daw po namin ng patunay na iisa tao lang po ang ikinasal.

Kailan ba ma bali wala Ang Isa ng marriage..na iniwanana ka na lang dahil di ka makpagbigay ng anak, kaso sa ibng babae my room hanggang kailan ba balido Ang kasal para may kalayaan ka sa sarili ... Dito sa atin maraming mga pahdaanana bgo mawalng visa nag ksal na nakimitan na wala na ngang nangyayari sa relasyon mag isip pa ng mag balikan o chance no Yan laro... Magandang umaga po Dr. Mike paano po kung mag file ako NG annulment po, kinasal ako noon June 26,2010 pagkatapos NG kasal nag sama kami NG isat kalahating buwan, pagkatapos nag abroad uli ako tapos after 1 year umuwi uli ako tapos nagsama uli kami NG isang buwan. Pagkatapos po noon 2011 hindi na ako naka uwi hanggang ngayon,kaya diko masisi ang asawa ko na ngapitbahay na 2017 po Yong may vedio po sila nakita ko na gumagawa sila. Kaya mula noon nakita ko unti2x konang natanggap napatawad ko sila NG 3years tapos NG 3years uli naka move on na ako. Kaya hiniwalayan kona po ang asawa ko nakiosap ako sa kanya na Kong pahintotan nya ako magpa annual kasi wala na talaga akong pag ibig sa kanya kasi sa mga ngyari po.tapos sabi ko po sa kanya para makalaya narin sya dina magtago taho kung may magustohan sya. Kasi po wala pa po akong balak na umwi sa hirap NG buhay po. Sana po matulongan ninyo ako gusto kona pong mawalang nisa ang kasal namin. Maraming salamat po🙏🙏🙏🙏

based sa batas di valid ang kasal...kung legal ang kasal nyo...hindi rin maiissuehan ng marriage cert. but you need to gather your evidences din...seek legal advice dyan sa Pilipinas..salamat po.
