The 2024 USA Powerlifting South West Regional Championships will be a 2-day event.
Sessions will not be set until after the original registration deadline, on May 11, 2024.
Lifting Schedule: Lifters will be notified by email.
Lifter cap (This number may change and is tentative depending on registered athletes and if there is a waitlist): 75 per day
All athletes and coaches will need to wear a wristband and have it visible throughout the event. Athletes are free to enter the whole weekend. Coaches will need to purchase a coach's pass. If you are an athlete coaching someone on a separate day from you, you will need to purchase a separate coach's pass to have access to that session's flight warm-up area.
Only one flight (athletes/coaches) will be allowed in the warm-up area at one time. If you do not have the correct color wristband, you will be asked to leave the area.
Raw lifters are allowed one coach in the warm-up area. Equipped lifters are allowed 2 coaches in the warm-up area.
Coaches are not allowed on the platform. They will have a designated coach's box. Coaches are not allowed to record from the coach's box. You will be asked to leave the area if you are recording from the coach's box.
