This video saved my day. I loaded up my USB with designs and placed them in the folder EMB. That was the wrong thing to do, I found this out by watching your video. I had no idea that you had to make a sub-folder - which I did and then had the success. It had taken all morning for me going through everything and continually failing. Now I need to know just how to check the colours required when you are already in the middle of embroidering, then returning to the embroidery screen.
Hi Katty Kreations , thank you for your video, it is very helpful. I wonder if you could answer a weird question. I am new to Janome sewing machines and am about to buy one yet. This one, the MC 9900 is a great option for the price, although my favorite is the Skyline S9. So, I've been studing each one and it's not clear to me if I can use Acufil with the 9900. Specifically AcuSketch. I think I can, from what I understand. I make my design on my Ipad, save it in jef format. Export the embroidery design as a jef+ file using the USB stick . Or connecting the PC to the 9900. It is correct or I am wrong. This is very important to decide my purchase. Thanks you very mucho in advanced.
Thank you for such a great video I have been trying to get the USB stick to work and with the help of your video worked out the USB is corrupted. When I put in a new USB and I got the flash it all worked.
Hello How are you doing I have Machinery embroidery Janoma 9900 But I can not save the file and watch them in Machinery I watched RU-vid clip shows how to save and work the way but can’t see any file in Machinery help me pleass
I am also finding this - Brother have made it so very much easier. I have both the Janome and Brother and no prizes for guessing which is my preference for user-friendly.
Katty Kreations, please make a video of how to move from page to page during the embroidery phase on Janome 9900. Example, sewing a project, move to another page to see how many threads are in the project, and back again. Or move to another page to view which thread makes which part of the design, and back again. I can't seem to work it out without returning to the General Sewing page (yes, I got lost and easy).
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me! I've followed all these instructions and my files are JEF but they are not showing up on the machine at all, but are there on the memory stick. Honestly a bit close to tears as I've been trying to make it work for hours. Thanks!
