NEVER FORGET BOWLING PLANET. THEY ARE FINALLY DOING THESE FULL REPLAYS BECAUSE OF HIM. NEVER FORGET BOWLING PLANET. THEY ARE FINALLY DOING THESE FULL REPLAYS BECAUSE OF HIM. NEVER FORGET BOWLING PLANET. THEY ARE FINALLY DOING THESE FULL REPLAYS BECAUSE OF HIM.
He’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet as well. He’s has a smooth butter delivery like this for as long as I can remember. This shot allowed a low rev players ball to pick up and he was ready for it. He’s a humble dude and deserves all the love he’s getting from people. Love to see it
I teared up. I tried not to. The man is humble, and an amazing bowler. His words have definitely let me know that I should be proud of the work that I am putting in, and you never know when it can be your moment. Congratulations DeeRon!
I’m a big Belmonte fan, so it was sad to see him lose in that 10th frame. However, I’m glad to see Deeronn win. You can tell he wanted it bad and appreciated it.
@@ericw6043 USBC rigged the game by NOT allowing bowlers to use SOFT urethane balls (which most two-handed bowlers thrived with) below 78 hardness. This took away the #1 advantage that two-hand bowlers had and forced them to use balls that are not ideal for a 500 rev rate bowler. Allowing 73 hardness urethane would place two-handed bowlers in a dominating situation and the USBC didn't want that.
DeeRon definitely deserved this win. This was a USBC Masters finals that was historically worth watching. Because DeeRon is a great ambassador of the sport.
In my opinion, this was the best masters to ever watch for multiple reasons. Close matches, heartbreaking shots, tons of messengers, and the crowd was super electric! This was like watching a movie, and on that note I’m giving it a 10/10 Well done Fox
@@SteveDrenserskill and repeatability more like it. Every game ever bowled is filled with some amount of luck, whether good or bad. He got some nice breaks but that’s standard for every tourney winner.
What a great year for bowling so far. 2nd person to win their first title/major in the telecasts this year. And few first tv appearances as well. I love seeing the pros win a lot but it's also nice to see new faces.
Fox Sports, Thank you for uploading the Stepladder Finals of the USBC Masters. Also, It was awesome that the Theme song from the Price is Right is used for the Strike Song for DeeRonn Booker.
As electrifying as bowlers like Belmonte are, those who have bowled relate to Booker. Being able to step up in the qualifying when facing EJ is one thing. Having the big stage, being clearly nervous but then remembering what got him there made the moment special.
Deeronn put on an amazing performance. I absolutely adore the use of The Price of Right music as well. I have been watching it for so many years, and I almost forgot the april fools episode he was on. GGs. ❤❤😊
Dombroski is an assassin but there was nothing he could do against the magic that DeeRon had going on. DeeRon was just stone cold throwing great shot after great shot and being rewarded for it. Congrats!
1. Congrats to DeeRonn. A star is born. Extra respect for the “Price is Right” theme. 2. Rob and Randy are the best announcing combo, hands down. Who cares if Rob’s bowling knowledge isn’t the best. It’s good enough, and his enthusiasm and humor more than make up for it.
Just awesome to see two new players, 1st and 2nd seed fight it out for the Masters. For so long I have failed as a player and coach to see why players like Belmo and the likes, insisting on having to play hard left, in fact lobbing over the gutter. Players like Patrick and Deeronn prove they do not have to, ball selection, hand movement and ball speed, one can bowl straighter when the lanes break down. 😀My thoughts!
Your thoughts fail to see the correlation between why you see belmo more than these two. The guy was playing the gutter most of the past week and 1 bad shot dropped him out of the tournament.
Pat may be new to you, but he is a beast in the Central Region. He has had numerous tv appearances also. I know Mr. Smooth, AKA Pat, will get his first national title soon. He also has won the RPI. We love you Pat!
Back to back events on the PBA Tour where the title match has one of the two players guaranteed to win a PBA title and second time two players that have never won a PBA title and major, face each other in the USBC Masters title match since 2018
Yes - finally a champion breaking the barriers of today... a right-handed, one-handed bowler, with a normal amount of revs who doesn't do the yo-yo action with the ball. Even Randy had to say - "just a real simple game with a nice touch". The point is - you simply need to be good at what you do. Congrats Book & welcome back Rob Stone.
I don’t care what anybody says, Rob is fun and adds to the telecast. Add to that, his bowling knowledge has increased quite a bit. Are there better commentators? Sure. But nobody as fun as Rob.
He just choked. He had the opportunity to stop and rerack, but he chose not to do it. I was there. And when he walked away, he kept saying "I should have reset"
I wanted Sam Cooley to win. Super good guy. Then Belmo, super unfortunate with what happened. You both bowled amazing to get to this point. Hold your heads high and know youll both be back.
Big Congrats to Deeronn 👏👏, but feel sad for the way Belmo lost .. In my opinion he s’d have gone with Attention Star … seems like he was doing good with the practice sessions too and moreover he came to the TV show using that ball mostly.. Anyway as a bowler I know how the ball selection plays a major role to win any level of the competition.. good luck next time Belmo . It’s always great seeing you at the step ladder.. Tnx
I am old but miss energy of 70’s finals with bigger and louder crowds filling up entire facility. I am sure terrible sight lines but just watch some of those older videos-loads of noise
Doesn't matter how you do it. As long as the ball is between 6 & 16lbs and there's the proper amount of holes in the ball and it stays on the lane and hits the pins.
Belmo is the GOAT for majors but not overall. Need to look at the overall record. WRW has 47 titles, most televised showings and most $ won. Tied with Belmo for POY. Congratulations Deeron!
I'd argue Earl Anthony, started later than most and had a break or two due to health.... Skill wise PDW but way too much BS (all on him as it was his doing) got in the way@@akbarshabazz-jenkins7847
